Tiger Aspect is looking for a Head of Development to join its Factual and Features department. The person who secures this senior role will be responsible for developing and implementing our development strategy and will play a pivotal role in shaping the department.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about factual television and will have a proven track record of creating, managing and bringing to life a wide range of developments. Their experience should cover a number of factual genres including talent-driven formats, specialist factual, access and observational documentary, factual entertainment and features.
They must have a extensive network of broadcaster and creative contacts and be happy to drive the development team, overseeing an ever-changing slate of programmes.
Above all they must be a connoisseur of factual programming, with an exceptional editorial eye and a discerning taste for quality programming.
