Scheduling Manager - Sky Living Osterley TV never stands still at Sky. We're passion about bringing viewers the best and if Sky Living can push a few boundaries along the way, so much the better. We are currently looking for someone to be responsible for the creation and management of Sky Living scheduling strategy to ensure best-in-breed scheduling and publishing strategies for Sky Living across its linear and non linear outlets. The role will take full responsibility for planning, managing and delivering Sky Living schedule within BSS, working alongside the Head of Scheduling, whilst taking responsibility to ensure the delivery of channel KPI's including audience, financial and platform metrics. You'll be passionate about bringing viewers the best. You will need to have excellent communication skills as liaising scheduling plans with key departments across Sky is vital. Having the ability to work to fixed deadlines with the capability to ensure the scheduling team keep all necessary information up-to-date and accurate in accordance with key deadlines is key. Additionally you will need to line manage the department for the Sky Living schedulers, ensuring personal development, training and professional support for all members of the team. You will collaborate with the Head of Network Scheduling to support broader scheduling and Network Planning initiatives and future projects including systems and IT development.
