£30,122 - £39,257 per annum (salary dependant on qualifications and experience)
37 hours per week
The Entertainment Technology Group within the Technology School supports programmes delivering high-quality teaching and research across the range of technologies employed by the broadcast, cinematic, music, events and computer games industries. Entertainment Technology is committed to providing real-world experiences for students and has an on-going engagement with high profile broadcast events utilising the School’s Outside Broadcast vehicle.
Applications are invited for the position of Lecturer/Senior Lecturer within the Entertainment Technology Group. Expertise is required in media electronics and broadcast systems specialising in video and/or cinema technologies. Applicants need to be exceptional communicators possessing excellent interpersonal skills, ideally with experience in Higher Education and a passion for student learning.
