About the role

BBC Vision Productions continues to make some of the most original, diverse and highly acclaimed television. Extraordinary production teams are behind all of these programmes and as a Talent Manager, it’s your knowledge, network and expertise that will bring them together. We are looking for Brilliant Talent Managers for the genres mentioned below and in the following locations to add further skill and experience to our team.  

About you

You will have the experience, contacts and talent for bringing together the best teams to deliver great content across our Pan-UK Production business. You must have an excellent track record in identifying and recruiting senior production talent and an in-depth understanding and experience of working in a production environment.  

It is essential that you have a strong network of contacts within a production environment and you will bring your expert knowledge of the key skills for your chosen genre and an in-depth awareness of its current market.

We have roles in the following locations:

Roles based in London:

BBC Drama produce over 350 hours of in-house output including EastEnders, Holby City and Silent Witness.  

BBC Factual makes programmes for all BBC Channels as well as co-productions for the international market including History of The World and Stargazing Live.

BBC entertainment makes programmes for all channels and is responsible for shows as diverse as Strictly Come Dancing and Junior Doctor.

Role based in Salford: BBC Religion & Ethics produce a wide range of programmes for radio and television such as The Moral Maze and, Good Morning Sunday

Role based in Bristol: BBC documentaries makes brilliant documentaries including the award winning 'Protecting Our Children' and 'Our War'.
