POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESLead sales effort within their category - managing a group of programmatic partners to maximize programmatic direct revenue.Source and create new data and programmatic client partners via Brands, Agency Holding Cos, Advertising Agencies, Agency Trading Desks, DSPs and Ad Network Partners.Prospect to ensure a robust pipeline of new programmatic media opportunities and convert them into key accounts.Ensure CRM tools are properly used and managed in order to deliver proper reporting and intelligence to SendtoNews management - deliver pipeline intelligence to distribution team.Prioritize effort and time to opportunities with best potential ROIWork closely with the CRO, VP of Revenue Operations, VP of Sales Partnerships and Marketing team to produce and deliver best in class material to support the sales effortWork closely with the Distribution and Revenue Operations team to provide guidance on platform needs.Gather and share market intelligence with all relevant SendtoNews team membersConduct periodic evaluation of programmatic strategies; identify new opportunities, and present recommendations for growth (i.e. new technologies, improved optimization, ad placement audits, etc.)
SKILLSDetailed knowledge of Programmatic Advertising Space (Demand and Supply Side), with video experience preferredPrior knowledge of Salesforce or another CRM toolGreat energy and sense of urgencyFocus on resultsStrategic thinkerGreat relationship builder/ personableExperience working with Google Ad Manager (formerly DFP) a plus, as well as other programmatic platforms including SpotX, OpenX, Index Exchange, and Rubicon ProjectAbility to convert audience and related data into insights and insights into products, packages, and ultimately opportunities for STNPolitely persistentProven ability to work in a team as well as independentlyExcellent Microsoft office skills, especially Excel and PowerPointCapable to work remotely and travel to markets and partners when required
