What You Will Do We are seeking a full-time Marketing Manager in the U.S. who will support the Corporate Marketing Department and NEP u2019s U.S. business/sales teams in developing and executing the marketing strategy and tactics for customer campaigns, tradeshows, sales support materials, and other duties as assigned. The Marketing Manager will also work closely with NEP team members across varying departments from Product Marketing to Sales Operations. The Marketing Manager must have the drive to lead and juggle projects and priorities, while being a creative problem- solver. Key duties include: u2022 Develop and implement marketing plans for NEP u2019s US broadcast businesses and other US subsidiary brands. u2022 Develop and write/implement value propositions, messaging and content that is relevant to US customers, fitting into NEP u2019s overall brand and messaging. u2022 Create content for the web, customer emails, social posts, blog posts, marketing collateral, case studies and sales presentations. u2022 Oversee, coordinate, and execute email campaigns for US-based clients. Identify and write email content, build templates and campaigns in email platform, schedule campaigns, manage subscriber lists, track, analyze and report the results and make ongoing improvements to increase campaign performance. u2022 Oversee and manage marketing activities for our presence before, during and after key industry events and trade shows at which the company is exhibiting (e.g., NAB Show). u2022 Working with NEP and potentially external communications specialists, provide input, direction and/or writing/editing support for articles, as well as identify spokespeople and ideas to promote our US team and their accomplishments. u2022 Work to measure, maintain and report on meaningful KPIs for all US branded websites, email campaigns and social media accounts. u2022 Prepare annual marketing budgets and plans for the US markets; manage spending and results against the budget, ongoing tracking and reporting of invoices and payments for assigned projects. What You Will Need u2022 At least 5 years of well-rounded marketing and marketing project management experience u2022 Excellent writing and communication skills u2022 Experience with Mailchimp or other email marketing/marketing automation software/platform u2022 Proactive problem-solver, self-directed, strong organizational and time management skills u2022 Must be able to communicate effectively and coordinate work with multiple departments, internal and external customers, as well as all levels of management u2022 Occasional travel may be required (US travel 10%) u2022 Preferred Associate or Bachelor u2019s degree in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration u2022 Useful skills and experience to have: event planning and working with broadcast or media industry clients Why Join Us? u200b Check us out at
