Alpha Media - Mankato is seeking afull-time Receptionist and Business Office Assistant who will be the face and voice to the public for Alpha Media. We believe in creating progressive products, world-class events, and building strong relationships in our communities.Headquartered in Portland, Oregon, Alpha Media operates multiple radio stations across the United States covering all formats.We are live, local, and can't wait to talk to you!Responsibilities of this position may include the following: Answer all incoming calls on a multi-line phone system.Welcome visitors, direct visitors and callers to appropriate personnel.Respond to questions about our organization including, but not limited to, providing callers with the address, directions and other similar information courteously and professionally.Interact daily with members of the Sales team for needed copies.Maintain and organize barter and trade agreement contracts.Perform routine administrative tasks as needed for the efficiency of the business office.Distribute prizes to winners and serve as a public relations contact with contestants, obtain proper information for tax purposes.Sort and distribute incoming mail.Prepare outgoing mail.Process co-op billing.Maintain office supply inventory.Process traffic reports for sales department.Backup support for traffic and business departments.Assist National Sales department.Other duties as assigned and consistent with the position.Requirements for this position include the following: Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Office.Strong understanding of Marketron and billing system (training provided).Accurate data entry skills.Professional and welcoming personality.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multi-task, be extremely organized and detail oriented.Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing culture and environment.Ability to operate a multi-line telephone system.Experience in using G SuiteHigh school diploma or equivalent.Preference may be given to candidates who have the above experience plus the following:Previous experience in broadcast media.If you feel you are a qualified candidate and want to join a fast moving, growing entity submit your cover letter and resume ASAP by clicking the Apply button.Alpha Media is an equal opportunity employer and participates in E-Verify.
