The Senior Brand Manager for Digital Marketing is responsible for developing and implementing an overarching strategy in the digital space to include building the Mill Creek, Modera and Alister brands, supporting e-commerce, engaging consumers in new and relevant ways, determining relevant media approach, identifying new emerging technologies appropriate for our consumer, developing external partnerships, maintaining online brand compliancy in regards to our social and web presence for both the company and onsite communities. This person will work closely with the marketing team to maintain standards with regard to branding and on-boarding new developments and acquisitions, and provide oversight to Content Management team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years multifamily online marketing experience in a fast-paced, technologically advanced, entrepreneurial environment.



Essential Functions/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

  • Work with Operations Team and Marketing Team to develop cost-effective site-specific strategic online marketing plans and execute as appropriate to increase traffic, leases and income (includes all facets and aspects of communication through customer journey via websites and social media, print, broadcast, collateral materials, special events, signage, community outreach, etc.).

  • Review, approve and provide guidance to Digital Content Managers for execution of graphics requests submitted to external/internal graphic designer/web specialist

  • Review and/or determine content messaging appropriate for target audience and media.

  • Manage all online media and advertising to prepare marketing analytical reports for operations leadership and executive level review.

  • Maintain knowledge of, propose and implement new technology and/or user experience solutions that enhance website and social media engagement and optimization.

  • Maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with Equal Housing Opportunity/Fair Housing advertising rules, regulations and guidelines

  • Maintain and implement knowledge of ADA compliancy levels for both corporate and community websites

  • Train community teams as required and/or requested.

  • Additional responsibilities as determined by supervisor.



Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or appropriate related field preferred.

  • Three years of multifamily marketing experience required.
