Job Description



The Sr. Coordinator of Marketing & Client Services is responsible for the day-to-day support of all Marketing, Communications, Digital & Sales and Production Department functions including graphic design, advertising, on-air promotion, social media & digital contributions, communications, sales & marketing activation, staging events and community relations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Event coordination and execution including but not limited to:
    • On-site activation and coordination
    • Researching events
    • Establishing community partnerships
    • Planning event activities such as talent Q&As with teams
  • Event coordination and execution including but not limited to:
    • Fulfillment of D-backs & Coyotes Fan Express sponsor components
    • Main point of contact between FSAZ and legal for Fan Express
    • Liaison/coordinating/scheduling between Fan Express and pro teams
    • Liaison/coordinating/scheduling between Fan Express and internal requests
    • Liaison/coordinating/scheduling between Fan Express and sponsor
    • Coordination and execution on site for Fan Express events- ticket distribution, food and beverage, premium distribution, entertainment on the bus, etc.
    • Coordinating for promotion and PR of Fan Express. Secure additional coverage outside of broadcasts with social media, print (photos), digital, etc.
    • Fulfillment of D-backs & Coyotes Kidkaster components
    • Main point of contact between FSAZ and legal
    • Liaison/coordinating/scheduling between Kidkaster and pro teams
    • Liaison/coordinating/scheduling between network and Kidkaster families
    • Liaison/coordinating/scheduling between network and sponsor
    • Coordination and execution on site for Kidkaster events - auditions and game day escorting of family (getting to pre-game interview, pre-game show appearance, broadcast booth and production truck tour)
    • Coordinating for promotion and PR of Fan Express. Secure additional coverage outside of broadcasts. Social media, on-air promos, print (photos), digital etc.
    • Also serves as the liaison for Character Counts, Taco Bell Student Athlete
  • Handle graphic design responsibilities. Such as network's deliverables for team marketing agreements: Design game program ads, media guide ads, in-arena LED design, scorer's table signage, website ads, jumbotron LED design, arena signage. Outdoor billboard designs when needed. Event advertisement ad designs (i.e. Emmy programs, charity event programs ads).
  • Design social media graphics (tune-in promotion, event promotion, FOX Sports GO, etc.)
  • Back-up OAP Manager / responsible for filling logs when OAP manager is not handling
  • Coordination between Marketing and Ad Sales for any/all sponsored promotions including sales deck, client presentations and promotional fulfillment
  • Edit and produce digital videos for social media and website. Conduct interviews with coaches and players for digital pieces. Cover events if needed.
  • Oversee community relations activities - help fulfill network agreements and create promotional opportunites
  • Assist Sr. Director of Communications & Marketing with team marketing plans
  • Assist digital department by being on-site at games, media days, press conferences for social media postings. Responsible for occasionally watching games at night and weekends to provide social media updates.
  • Attend weekly Ad Sales, Marketing staff & production staff meetings to communicate Marketing opportunities to Sales and Sales opportunities to Marketing.
  • Execute marketing activation plans as they relate to clients/Ad Sales
  • Act as a liaison between Marketing and other departments (affiliate, ad sales) to activate and manage team agreed upon experiences
  • Entertain and Host events including high level executives.
  • Assisting in the fulfillment of marketing agreements with professional teams


  • Minimum of 2 years in marketing/events or related field
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or equivalent field.
  • Knowledge of the local sports community
  • Exceptional presentation and graphic design skills including PowerPoint, Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Working knowledge of video editing in Premiere & Prelude.
  • Social media experience with Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & Snapchat.
  • Strong Leadership and ability to work with strong personalities.
  • Sr. level relationship building skills.
  • Excellent Communication and Writing skills.
  • Familiar with Media research.
